I don't have a team that I play on, but I really want to play. What can I do?

I wish we could help, but as you can imagine running the largest SLO Pitch Tournament in North America takes a bit of our attention. https://www.facebook.com/groups/406197442910957/ This is a Facebook Public Group that helps put teams and players that love Slo-Pitch, together. Make sure you let them know we sent you! Good luck. We hope to see you at the tournament.

How far apart are the diamonds we would play at?

We have diamonds all over the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and surrounding areas so they could be far. BUT, this isn't our first rodeo as they say. Bob is a Magician when it comes to scheduling and does an awesome job of keeping your travel as close as possible. We are all about the experience and this is a big part of that.

Do you have a Master's Division?

We are working on offering Masters divisions for next year's 35th Anniversary, but we certainly welcome and encourage Masters teams to join us and apply for lower divisions to balance experience of competition.

What happens if there is in-climate weather that weekend?

The tournament will run rain, snow or sleet. That being said, our players safety is top priority, so lightning will be at the umpires discretion until conditions improve. Any further delay will be at the discretion of the tournament convenors. But please dress and plan accordingly to get the most enjoyment out of the weekend.

Will there be food and beverages available at the different diamonds?

Not all diamonds have food or beverages available. Where possible we work with local vendors to give you options. All of the diamonds are listed on our website and linked to Goole maps. Once you click the picture you can ask google for "food near you".

Does every player need to pay a fee to Slo-Pitch Ontario?

Yes. Our tournament is affiliated with Slo-Pitch Ontario (SPO). The SPO fee for non affiliated 2021 players is $5 per player and can be paid to us along with your team registration. We will look after the rest for you.

Can we bring alcohol to the diamonds?

NO. Any player, coach or person directly affiliated with your team caught drinking alcoholic beverages at any of the city parks during the tournament will result in disqualification of your team and full forfeiture of any cash and/or prizes. Your co-operation is greatly appreciated. It's never fun to in-force this rule and unfortunately we have had to in the past.

How many games are scheduled per team?

3 games.
